Shipping policy

Orders must be received before 3pm to qualify for the below timescales. 

Standard 1-2 Days - Usually delivered the next working day (Monday - Friday) - So if ordered on Friday, this wont arrive until the following Monday. Excluding Bank Holidays.

Next Working Day Pre 10:30 - Next working day by 10:30 delivery (Monday - Friday only).  So if ordered on a Friday, this wont arrive until the following Monday, excluding Bank Holidays. Any oversized items will be charged separately (ARCH2, POST*, PH800 & PH900).

Free Shipping (England, Wales & Scotland Only) - Orders over £500 (not including VAT) - Delivered within 1 - 2 days (Monday - Friday) - So if ordered on Friday, this wont arrive until the following Monday. Excluding bank holidays. Any oversized items will be charged separately (ARCH2, POST*, PH800 & PH900). 

Oversize Items - ARCH2 housings, POST*, PH800 & PH900 will incur a separate shipping cost calculated at checkout due to their size.

Pallet shipping - This can be arranged before checkout if needed, please contact info@smartaccesssolutions.uk for costs.
