Fire Rated Slim & Mini Magnetic Locks (Maglocks)

Our range of fire rated slim and mini magnetic locks provides compact fail-safe access control locking for suitable fire-rated door applications where space is limited or a lower-profile maglock is preferred.

Fire rated slim and mini magnetic locks use an electromagnet and armature plate to hold the door securely closed while power is applied. When power is removed, the lock releases, making them suitable for integration with access control systems, emergency door release equipment and other compatible control devices.

Our fire rated slim and mini maglock range includes models tested to BS EN 1634-1, with options suitable for FD30 and FD60 door applications where the complete door set, hardware specification and installation method meet the relevant certification requirements.

Mini magnetic locks typically provide a holding force of up to 600lbs (272kg), making them suitable for many compact access control installations on internal doors, aluminium doors, narrow frames and other applications where a standard-size maglock may not be appropriate.

Available options include monitored and unmonitored models, door status versions, single and double magnetic locks, and compatible mounting accessories.
